Rice Residence at 346 West 89th Street is now the Ketana Yeshiva of Manhattan, for preschool through eighth-grade students. The other remaining mansion was built at 351 Riverside Drive (107th Street) for Morris Schinasi, who made his fortune selling Turkish tobacco in New York.
