We regularly plan events that bring our exclusive listings to the attention of buyers, the brokerage community, and the media. We specialize in creatively exposing properties in entertaining and educational ways. Examples of events we have held include a contemporary tango dance performance, lectures with architectural historians, professional panel discussions, cocktail parties, and a rock 'n roll open house. Not only do we increase exposure for properties with these events but the effect is typically doubled with the additional attention we receive from the media.
