The Downtown real estate market consists of many neighborhood markets, which have their own distinct characteristics and special features. What is considered prime in each neighborhood varies and is a significant factor when determining value. This has always been true; however, the pandemic has altered what motivates buyers over the past year, and the emerging trends show that there are certain must-have features for some buyers, and other features with decreased demand including location.
