Oktoberfest!
This 2 bedroom / 2 bath MINT penthouse at the Lumiere (350 West 53rd Street) was the perfect backdrop for a Deanna Kory Team Oktoberfest event. Guest enjoyed a select beer tasting catered by Dive Bar of the Upper West side with wonderful seasonal food pairings. The evening was complete with a breathtaking sunset on the private 1,300 square foot roof deck that boasts 360 degree open city views. The October chill in the air brought temptation to turn on the 6-person Jacuzzi featured on the open deck.
An Evening of Music and Margaritas
The Deanna Kory Team hosted ‘Music & Margaritas’ on Thursday, June 12 from 6 pm-8pm featuring a stunning 7 room penthouse with an 873 sqft wrap terrace at 272 West 107th Street. A 4 piece jazz band headed by Pete Burnstein provided a fantastic backdrop to open city & river views from all angles! Congratulations to our raffle winner Joseph Polivy who won an evening at Smoke Jazz & Supper Club Lounge.
627 WEA Spring Awakening
To debut the wonderful roof deck oasis at 627 West End Avenue, our team held a ‘Spring Awakening’ event with a raffle for tickets to the hit Broadway musical of the same name. The owner of the house is one of the producers of the show! Guests relaxed with wine & hors d’oeuvres, while soaking in the sunset on the roof and enjoying the jazz guitar style of musician, Sam Ben-Meir.
Clarence True: Beyond The Conventional Row House
On November 15, our favorite Architectural historian & acclaimed author, Francis Morrone dazzled our guests with a presentation on Clarence True, the turn-of-the-century architect who had visions beyond the conventional row home. The event was held at 627 West End Avenue, a magnificent 6,000 square foot townhouse, that is a ‘true’ original. Copies of Francis’ book The Architectural Guidebook to New York City, was given out to guests and they enjoyed touring one of the Upper West Side’s True historical gems.
Tangos and ‘tinis
On a beautiful evening in March, our team hosted a contemporary dance performance in one of the beautiful landmark residences of 455 Central Park West. Alesandra Corona & Eric Revera of the Ballet Hispanico Dance Company of NY delighted the audience with a tango-inspired modern dance to the music of Argentinian composer Anton Piazzolla. It was a delightful way to view the immense and unique home that includes an extremely large circular pavilion living area which doubled as a performance theater on this night.
